These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our 3D interior rendering and Execution Precise Interior Design Drawings services available through our website: www.alialawji.com
By purchasing a rendering package or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our Service
ALI AL AWJI INTERIOR DESIGNER LTD provides digital 3D interior rendering and Execution Precise Interior Design Drawings services for residential and commercial interiors.
Each package includes a specific number of high-quality, photorealistic static renders of the selected room(s).
We also offer a separate package for Execution Precise Interior Design Drawings We provide detailed and precise execution drawings that ensure your interior design is flawlessly implemented during the execution phase. Our technical drawings offer clarity and accuracy to ensure smooth project implementation.
Note: Our services are digital-only. We do not provide physical products, floor plans, installation, or construction services.
Payment & Booking
All packages must be paid for in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment system.
Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes (if applicable).
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to submit your project details.
What You Need to Provide
To begin your rendering project, you must submit:
Accurate room dimensions
Clear, well-lit photos of your space
Style preferences or reference images (optional but recommended)
Any specific furniture, color, or layout requests
We cannot begin working until all necessary details are received.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 8 working days from the date we receive all required project details.
If required information is delayed or incomplete, delivery time may be extended.
Revisions
Each package includes one round of free revisions.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Revisions must be requested within 3 calendar days after the initial delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our service, all sales are final once work has started.
If you wish to cancel your order before work begins, please contact us at info@alialawji.com. Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
Projects that are inactive for over 14 days due to missing input from the client may be marked as complete with no refund.
Intellectual Property
All 3D renderings and visual content created by ALI AL AWJI INTERIOR DESIGNER LTD remain our intellectual property.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the images for personal viewing, concept presentation, or renovation purposes.
Renderings may not be resold, rebranded, or distributed without written permission.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
We are not liable for renderings based on incorrect measurements, unclear input, or miscommunication.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Construction or physical implementation based on renders
Color or material differences between renders and real-world products
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased package.
Modifications to Terms
